Acceptance of these terms
By installing Antline in a Slack workspace, or by using it after someone in your organization installs it, your organization accepts these Terms. If you don't agree, don't install or use Antline.
These Terms govern the use of Antline, a Slack app for shared queue management. By installing or using Antline, your organization agrees to them.
By installing Antline in a Slack workspace, or by using it after someone in your organization installs it, your organization accepts these Terms. If you don't agree, don't install or use Antline.
Antline is a Slack app that helps teams manage shared queues, deploys, locks, and handoffs inside Slack. Antline is provided as a business tool for organizations ("workspaces"), not as a consumer product for personal use. It is provided on an "as available" basis, and we may add, change, or remove features over time.
Antline should be installed by someone authorized to add apps to your Slack workspace on behalf of your organization. Workspace admins are responsible for managing who can join queues, hold locks, and change settings inside their workspace.
Plan prices shown on our pricing page are a reference and may vary with currency exchange rates, payment processor fees, and taxes at the time of billing. Each plan has feature and usage limits (such as maximum projects or active queues), which are also subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify workspace admins in advance of price increases or reductions to plan limits that apply to an active subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the period you already paid for. Because Antline is intended for use by organizations rather than individual consumers, statutory consumer withdrawal rights generally do not apply to these purchases; where mandatory consumer protection law does apply to a specific purchase, any right that legally cannot be waived (such as the 7-day withdrawal right under art. 49 of Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code) is not excluded by this clause.
You agree not to misuse Antline, including by attempting to disrupt or overload it, circumventing plan limits, reverse-engineering the app, or using it to violate Slack's own terms of service. We may suspend access for a workspace that violates this section.
We aim to keep Antline reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including during maintenance or upgrades, and will try to give reasonable notice for changes that materially reduce functionality you rely on.
Our Privacy Policy explains what workspace, account, and billing data we process and why. It's part of these Terms by reference.
Antline, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us and our licensors. Your organization keeps all rights to the content and data it creates while using Antline (such as queue names, messages, and configurations).
To the extent permitted by law, Antline is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount your organization paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, in cases of willful misconduct).
Either party can stop using or providing Antline at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service, and will try to give reasonable notice when practical.
We may update these Terms as Antline evolves. For material changes, we will give reasonable notice (for example, 30 days) before they take effect for existing subscriptions, and continuing to use Antline after that means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Brazilian courts.
