What Antline is

Antline is a Slack bot for shared queue management. Teams can use it for deploys, support rotations, shared environments, approvals, or any workflow where people need a clear order and clean handoffs inside Slack.

Data we process

Antline processes only the information reasonably needed to operate the bot and provide the service.

  • Basic Slack workspace, channel, and user information required to install and operate the bot.
  • Queue, role, configuration, and status information created by your team while using Antline.
  • Plan, billing, and account information needed to manage subscriptions and product access.
  • Support messages and limited technical information needed to troubleshoot requests.

How we use data

We use data to run queues, show the right order, notify the right people, apply workspace settings, manage account access, process billing, and respond to support requests.

Service providers

Antline works with trusted service providers for Slack integration, hosting, analytics, support, and payment processing. We do not sell workspace data.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and queue information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and support customers. Workspace admins may request deletion or assistance through support.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect workspace information and restrict access to people and systems that need it to operate Antline.
